Jennifer had been an inspiration to many, young and old since 2007.
Jennifer advocates opportunities and empowerment for women and youths, where she spends most of her time in active community service work.
Her current service as a Secretary of A Good Space Co-operative Limited, a mentor with PSB Academy and Student Volunteer Development Coach with Social Gifting.
Her other service includes Assistant Treasurer with International Coaching Federation Singapore, Executive Board Member with International Women’s Federation of Commerce and Industry, a youth mentor with Beautiful People for the last 15 years.
She has been actively facilitating many training workshops for over 10 years. Some notable clients include: HDB, MOE HQ and Schools, Prison Volunteer Mentoring workshop for inmates, the Singapore Conversation and NDP 2016 Team Building workshop.
She is also a Certified Tetramap Facilitator and Points of You Expert Trainer. She has assisted in facilitating many of these workshops workshops.
Coach: Personal and Executive Coach
She wears the title of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation with pride.
With a multitude of opportunities as a personal coach, her specialty is in the synergizing of fun and play into enriching self-development for her coachees.
She is also a certified coach with Newfield Asia and specialised in the ontological coaching approach.
She carries more than 500 coaching hours with her over the past 10 years.

On the National Day of 2022, to encourage Singaporeans and residents to recover from the recent sentiments from the Covid-19 Circuit Breakers and other restrictions, Jennifer encouraged that this recovery can start with simply dreaming of what they wanted for the future.
She organised Dream Big Singapore, an event to have people of all walks of life make dreamboards. Jennifer had this audacious goal to have 570 dreamboards collected and break a Singapore Book of Records of the most number of dreamboards displayed.
The number 570 came up because 10 x 57 (years old of Singapore).
She collected 857!
Indeed, all of future comes forth from a dream.

Jennifer is the founder of Thy Dreams Matter Pte Ltd and the author of her book “Know Thy Self, Thy Dreams Matter. Go For It”.
Jennifer is an enthusiastic and her favourite question is “What is your dream that matters to you?” She lives a strong belief: dreams remain dreams until you wake up and make them real. She is proud to live by this ethos and to make it her personal mission in not just making her dreams, but also yours, a reality!
Brimming with passion and energy, her motivations arise from making the hardest dreams come true through the unlocking of each individual’s innate self-enriching values. Values which sit deep inside the soul of everyone, which are often espoused, preached and self-professed but very often, difficult to manifest.
Marrying two passions in both financial planning and personal coaching, Jennifer seizes the opportunities that present themselves each day – all in the pursuit of making life better for each person she meets.

Mr and Mrs Teo: Couples Life Planning
Together with her husband, KK, they aim to help more young couples like themselves, carry out comprehensive financial and life planning for them.
Having gone through the same major milestones, getting married, buying a new house, family planning, etc, they understand the challenges of a typical Singaporean family and their needs.

Currently a Senior Financial Consultant with Advisors’ Clique at Great Eastern Financial Advisers. Holding an AEPP® (Associate Estate Planning Practitioner), where she helps Singaporeans to organise their financial and living will of their life.
Her work, The Hand of Life Framework consist:

- Making IInsurance Nominations
- Making an Advanced Medical Directive (AMD)
- Appointing a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA)
- Writing a Will
Happy Project is a project created by Jennifer to facilitate the hard conversations of the early preparations of the end of life. Not necessarily done when this is impending, but a conversation that should be had because life is just so fragile and many decisions to be made despite bereavement.
She seeks to dispel the “pantang” feeling of talking about death by providing the safe space for people to talk freely.
